How do I save view changes in Outlook Business Contact Manager

Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager

Every time I change a view, like removing the McAfee and Business Contact
Manager Toolbars they come right back up again.

Also how do I make Business Contacts my default address book, so I don't
have to maintain 2 contact databases
