How do I scale the y axis on a bar chart in Excel?

I am trying to display data in a bar chart and want the y axis of the bar
chart to be scaled, but don't know how to do this.

I'm trying to plot factual information against depth. A scatter or line
chart doesn't present the information in a clear enough way, so bars would be
better.

I'm using Excel 2003.

How do you mean scaled? You can double click on the axis and work with the Scale tab
to change scale parameters.

If this isn't what you meant, post back with more information.

For some reason, I think a bubble chart may be helpful to you, although I've
been wrong before. I'm not clear on what you mean by scaled either, so
please post back.
