How do I scan a photo from my printer/scanner to my computer with Windows 7
and Microsoft Office 2007. I could do it on my old computer.

Why not use the scanner software that came with the printer/scanner?
The Help in Office 2007 seems clear:

"The From Scanner or Camera option for scanning documents and pictures
is not available in Microsoft Office Word 2007. Instead, you can use
your scanner to scan the document, and then you can save the file to
your computer."

Please reply to the OP, not to me, though perhaps you should check
first to see if your information is correct.
(There is no such shortcut as MS Office Documents Scanning in my
Office 2007 as you suggest)

Sorry, just clicked reply on wrong message but I will continue here
where the OP can also see:

I am using 64 bit Win 7 with MS Office S&T 2007 and some of Pro 2003
installed.

I have both "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\MODI\
.... :
from 2003: ... \11.0\MSPSCAN.EXE"
from 2007: ... \12.0\MSPSCAN.EXE"

Start > All Programs > MS Office > MS Office Tools > MS Office Documents
Scanning results in the 2003 version running.

Selecting ... >MS Office Tools > MS Office Document Imaging and in that
program select File > Scan New Document which runs the 2007 scanning
version.
