How do I scroll in Excell 2007 with my mouse wheel?

I was able to scroll in the 2003 worksheet with my mouse wheel. It will not
do this in 2007 in Access or Excell is there a certain function I need to
click on?

This may seem crazy - goto control panel, select mouse, and then change the
setting to use an alternate scroll method - ie if your using vista, select
office 2007 method etc
