Yep, the Subject said it all, uh huh. Like which version of
Outlook, which version of Windows, whether using SMTP or Exchange as the
sending mail server, if duplication was due to multiple manual entries
or inclusion of the same recipient in multiply selected distribution
lists, if Outlook actually sent multiple copies to the duplicated
recipient when the same e-mail address was duplicated for the recipient
(and not based on their name), and ...

That big blank spot when using Microsoft's webnews-for-dummies interface
to Usenet (so Microsoft can pretend they have forums) is where you enter
the details of your environment and what exact behaviors are occurring.

Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
to the next post and never return to yours. Go read:
