How do I search for duplicate emails in Outlook

I seem to have lots of duplicate emails between my filed emails and those in
my sent items. As I have thousands of emails (I know its wrong!) I would like
to search for all duplicates. I can search all emails and list them on date
order but that is very time consuming to review.

outlook has no way to identify dupes - you'll need to identify them yourself
or use a duplicate remover tool. See
