how do i see mail from another provider

I can see emails from hotmail using OE but emails from another provider
(eircom ) do not appear at all. I have setup this eircom folder but it does
not appear in the window pane where my hotmail account appears.

can anyone help

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
