How do I see newsgroups in outlook 2003%3f

Your answer was very helpful. Now I am getting a message "Outlook Express
was unable to retrieve a list of newsgroups available on the server
"news.gbronline.com". I am unable to get a list of the newsgroups. How do I
do so?

Using PC with XP home edition. Just installed Office 2003.
