How do I select a flyer from Publisher 2003 when I have 2007?

I bought Microsoft Office, which included Publisher, to be compatible with my
local Council on Aging, for whom I volunteer. Having spent for that, I find
my version is incompatible with their 2003 version. Currently, I need to
recreate a flyer they created so I can email this out to a mailing list.
Trouble is, I can't even re-create that flyer because what's available on my
2007 is different, and frankly quite limited. 2007 Flyer templates all have
the same sort of design!

Short of spending my SSI income to buy yet another version of Publisher,
what can I do? Is there any way to solve this problem?

2007 will open 2003 Publisher files.
What kind of problem are you having...specifically?
