I am trying to use the Journal feature of Outlook 2003 for the first time.
It says that you can automatically record items into the journal for selected
contacts. When I go to the journal options menu, the box under
"automatically record these items" is empty. The list of contacts is there,
and there are boxes to check under the other box.
What can I do to get the list of items to select from?
