How do I select the background color?

When I cut and paste a Visio document into Word, it brings in a grey
background that I do not want. There is no background selected in page
set-up, and no background displayed on the screen. It only shows up when I
try to paste the visio drawing into Word.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
