How do I sellect certian product for certian customers in Access?

Help please

I am developing an order entry system. I have several products with several
different prices. I am tring to create a way to allow customers to place
orders only in the pricing they are authorized to buy and only the products
they are authorized to purchase. The Problem. I don't know how to create this
or where to find a procedure.
