How do I send a custom created menu bar to a different user?

I created a custom menu bar in excel and want to send it now to a colleague.
Does anyone know how to send it?

One way:

Attach it (Customize Toolbars/Menus, click attach) to a new workbook and
send the workbook - or save the workbook as an add-in and send the
add-in.
