How do I send a Fax in an Exchange Server environment?

I know our system can do this, since I've done it before, but I
can't remember what to put in the To... field to send a Fax.

If it helps I used to get 'Faxination' or something similar responses.

Think I've found it.

Enter '[fax:99999999999]' including [square brackets] in the To...
field, where 99999999999 is the fax no.
