How do i send a mail to a whole categori in contacts?

Show the Contacts folder in Phone List View (turn on the Advanced toolbars
and you'll find the Current View Window) then Use the Group By Box to Group
by Category.

Select the heading of the Category you want to email and drag it to the
Outbox.

You could also email merge to the Category by selecting Tools | Mailmerge

include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details.
