How do I send an e-mail to all of my contacts?

No one I know can help me answer what is perhaps a very
easy question: I have hundreds of contacts in my Outlook
address book. I want to send everyone of them the same
message regarding an address change. How can I e-mail all
of them at once?

Open the address book, using the icon on the top of the
main screen and choose file->new entry, from then on its
pretty straightforward.

That wouldn't work.
Instead invoke the Outlook Address Book with the To: button in a new message
window. Select all the entries and place them in the To: field. Note you may
exceed limits placed by your mail server.
