I'm trying to get some mass mailings going to company customers in our
companywide contacts list. Requirements are as follows:
- the address should only show the one sent to
- each email should only have 20 addressees to avoid spam mass mailing
detection
- 1000 or more contacts need to be processed in one operation, not multiple
sets
- email needs to be generated from within native Outlook 2003 interface, no
add-ins or other MS Office programs such as Word
- email content is setup as stationary
If anyone has a method I would appreciate your sharing it. We've tried
several times to follow the help in Outlook to use contacts as mass mailing
source, but either ended up with problems of too many addresses for a single
email or Outlook handing over the process to Word which botches up the format
of the html page to be sent.
TIA
