It's not clear from your query what information you're looking for but I'm going
to guess that it has to do with either creating a distribution list or mass
mailing techniques.
Here's some info on mass mailing:
The Bcc feature in Outlook is commonly used for this. When using this method, no
one but the sender is aware of who else the message was sent to. Even the
recipients do not see their own e-mail address (alternate method below resolves
this).
Note that you may be limited by your ISP as to how many names can be in a mass
mailing. It's best to check with them before creating your Distribution List.
An alternative approach would be to use a mail-merge method. In this method each
recipient gets a personal message with no indication that anyone else received
one except if noted in the text of your message.
