how do I send an HTML that was created outside of outlook?

I am trying to send an HTML out of outlook. The HTML has already been
created, but I don't know how to import or export it so that outlook will
send the image.

This is an Access table design newsgroup. Are you trying to design a
database table in Microsoft Access?
If not, you are in the wrong newsgroup.
