How do I send and file an email to any folder of my choice in Outl

Hi, hoping someone can help. I have a series of folders that I like to keep
email in. I want the ability to send an email and then choose which folder to
add it to as part of the sending process. The email being sent could be
included in any folder that I decide. Is this possible in Outlook?

One final question - with the code provided it enables you to select the
folder which you want to select. Is it possible to also add the sent email to
your 'Sent' folder as well as the specific folder of your choice?

Basically I want to be able to have all my sent mails in my sent file, plus
for certain emails I also want them to appear in specific folders.
