How do I send and file an Outlook email, at same time?

How do I replicate the Lotus Notes functionality of "Send and File" that does
this:
-Saves email to sent items
-Stores in folder of your choice

Now in Outlook I can only send, and then I need to go thorugh my Sent items
and file them....how annoying!

if you do it always for messages meeting certain conditions set up an after
sending rule to copy messages meeting a condition to a folder. if it’s a
now-and-again thing, you'll need to copy the message after sending. You can
have outlook move messages to a new folder when sending (its on the Options
message when composing a message), but it only saves to the selected folder,
not the sent folder too.
