How do I send birthday reminders to certain contacts?

I am using 2003 outlook. I am the HR manager. I have been asked to track
all birthdays for employees. I have that data in Outlook under contacts in
the birthday field. Reminders have been set for 2 weeks. Now, when I get
the reminder, I want to send an email to all employees (20) letting them know
that an employee's birthday is such an such date.

Either make a DL or use categories to identify the people who will get the
email. Then when the reminder fires, send a message to those people.

You can't configure outlook to send the reminder automatically but there are
tools that can send reminders by email - however they are more suited to
sending you a reminder, not others.
