How do I send catagories when I send v-cards

A collegue and I use Outlook 2003 and frequently send each other new
contacts. Both of us have made our own catagories which are identical and
include such things as "asked for training", "attended training" etc.
However, when we send the V-Cards to each other the catagories aren't there.
Can anyone help please?

Don't send vCard .vcf files. Instead, create a rich-text format mail message and insert the new contacts as item attachments in that message. The recipient can drag them into the Contacts folder.
