How do I send Clipping to Onenote from Internet Explorer?

Also, if you use screen clippings {one way: use Windows Flag key + S} you
can use your mouse to select any portion of an application windows,
including Internet Explorer, and send a GIF image to OneNote Side Notes.
Then you can move the screen clip to any folder you desire.

Where does one find a list of all of these Win-key shortcuts? I know of
these:

Win+R Run
Win+D Desktop toggle
Win+E Explorer
Win+S Screen clipping in OneNote
