How do I send documents to the MS Office Imaging program?

I want MS fax to send several pages on one
call.

To do this I have to transfer all the
Word2003 documents to the "MS Office Imaging
Program" and then fax from there.

But when I go the Word2003 "File" menu and
select "Send to" this program is not on the
list!

Can I amend this list to include it, or is
there some other way?

Please help, Frank

G'Day Frank,

File>Print
then
select the printer called: Microsoft Office Document Image Writer

You will be asked for a file name, and the image will be saved as FileName.mdi

If you leave the box 'view image' ticked, the MS Office Imaging Program will
open and display the image.

Many thanks, I will check this out. I was
used to the HP3100 printer/fax until it blew
up, and now I have to use the MS fax.

You could simply combine the documents in Word and print directly to
Microsoft fax - http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm
