How do I send the same email msg. to multiple email addresses for the same
Outlook contact .... I had thought that it happened automaticaly if you had
thier email addresses in the contact info...ie email , email2, email3
I just created a contact with three e-mail addresses defined.
I clicked new message
I clicked "To:"
I see this contact listed three times.
test1 (e-mail address removed)
test2 (e-mail address removed)
test3 (e-mail address removed)
I can select the correct e-mail addresses this way by double-clicking
each entry.
You won't see these choices if you use the autocomplete feature.
If autocomplete entry does not exist, Outlook prompts me to choose from
all 3 addreses for the contact.
Click the To: button to select additional e-mail addresses for that contact.
