How do I send mass e-mailing (newsletter)?

I've read these posts and have a problem with mass e-mailing. I send a
quarterly newsletter for my coaching business, the recipients are in the BCC
field. The newsletter is created in Microsoft publisher and sent directly
from it. I have tried both ways, sending it from publisher and sending it as
a PDF attachment. Both ways, I have problems with messages that come back to
me - several recipients not receiving it with the error message, "too many
recipients". I've tried doing this in increments and still have the same
problem.

Can somebody assist me please?

Your ISP may have a limit on bulk mailings to discourage spamming. Check with
your ISP on this issue. If that's the case then restructure your distribution
lists into smaller multiples which must then be sent separately.

Depending on your ISP, you may be able to establish a business account and
request a bulk mail permit. As a business account I can send up to 150 in a
single message. If I choose to wait until 11:00 p.m. I can send up to 1,000
at at time.

If you are going to be sending to a lot of AOL users, this is the only way
to go.
