I routinely send Outlook 2007 HTML messages with attachments to my clients.
The problem is that the Outlook Express users receive my messages in plain
text w/o attachments, and they only have this problem with my messages. They
otherwise can receive HTML attachments from anyone else. No problem with the
Outlook users that I send to (They receive the messages in HTML with
attachments). My PC has Windows XP Pro/SP2 with I.E. 7., and Microsoft Small
Business 2007. I receive HTML messages from Outlook Express users with
attachments OK. BTW, I downloaded a "certificate" and it worked, except the
users could not reply without a certificate, so I turned it off. What do I
need to do?
