how do I send personalised group emails

i want to send group invites to an exhibition with Dear (name) on each. How
do I send them personalised in a group without having to send them seperately?

By doing a mail merge from either Word or Outlook.
For Outlook;
Select Contacts folder-> Tools-> Mail Merge...

you can't mail merge meeting requests. you can mail merge normal email.
