How do I send/receive faxes through microsoft outlook?

I switch to a digital phone service(Time Warner) and my fax machine doesn't
work properly since that moment. I want to know how send and receive faxes
through the microsoft outlook?

what do you mean with a digital phone service? Only over the Internet
without a regular telephone line like ISDN?

You can send faxes only over a telephone line not over the internet
protocoll.

Without a ISDN or regular telephone line you will need a fax service:

if your bandwith is not enough or your phone interface is not set up for it
you will need to get another interface. Linksys has a generic phone line
internet protocol that should be able to be set up on your current service.
It comes with two line capabilities.
