You install the "view this page in Internet Explorer" extension. I'm not
aware of a plugin that goes Firefox-to-OneNote, but
Firefox->MSIE->OneNote is better than nothing.
You should be able to do a little bit of the pasting from Firefox -- what it
won't do is build the links for you because Firefox doesn't put that info on
the clipboard like IE does.
You might also try one of the Print to OneNote Powertoys.
