Turn on the Advanced toolbar. (View Toolbars)

Use the Current View window (probably says Address Cards at present) to
Phone List. You are now seeing a table view. This is where you can
manipulate data in all Outlook folders.

Turn on the Field Chooser and drag the Title field onto the table beside the
fields that are already showing.

Now turn on the Group By Box and you can drag Title into it - thus grouping
the Contacts by their Title. The Group By box enables you to group by any
field - including new ones that you make. To email a whole group, grab and
drag to the Outbox! You can also drag to Calendar to make a meeting etc.

It's worthwhile to learn how to use the Field Chooser and Group By box as
this is where there's a lot of hidden power in Outlook!
