How do I set a meeting to connect me to the internet?

When I had MS Office XP and used Outlook 2000, I was able to set meetings
that had an internet website as part of it, and each time the reminder for
these recurring meetings comes up, a browser window opens connected to the
website I chose. Ever since my upgrade to Outlook 2003, I cannot seem to
find this option. I am getting no results in the OL Help files either. This
functionality increases my productivity, and it's a real pain to not be able
to find it again.

The sites I would need to connect to are not NetMeeting or SharePoint sites.

Please help!
