How do I set a picture as the background of a form?

Can you please tell me how to set a picture as the
background of a form (with the form's buttons on top)?

Open the form in Design View.
Display the form's property sheet.
Click on the Format tab.
Click on the Picture property line.
Then click on the button with the 3 dots that appears on that line.
Navigate to the picture you want.
Seelct it.
Click OK.
Set the Picture Type property to Linked or Embedded as wanted.
Set the Picture Size Mode, the Picture Alignment, and the Picture
Tiling properties as wanted.
Save the changes.

Open your form in design view.
Open the Properties box (View menu).
On the Format tab of the Properties box, set the Picture property.

If you do not see the property, make sure you are looking at the properties
of the form (not those of a control).

In some versions of Access, the memory was not released correctly when the
form was closed, so after opening and closing a form with its Picture set
several times, you will run out of resources.

Got to Form Property
Format Tab
Picture
Hit the ... Button
Search for the picture you want as a background

Tip...
Clip inserts the Picture as its actuat size
Stretch ...strtches it over the entire form

Play with Tile ALso.
