How do I set a pictures size attached to signature in outlook

I have added our company logo to my email outlook signature. Although the
picture appears to be a normal size before sending the email, when it is
received the logo is huge!!! How can I stop this from happening? What am I
doing wrong?

use html instead of plain text for mail format, if you are using html, you
just have to make the logo smaller so it looks right on the receiving end
