How do I set a table to add additional cities to pick from?

I am a beginner at Access. How do I set a table to add additional cities to
pick from a list and the city only show up one time on the drop down list?
Ex. I added Smyrna and Nashville to the table and have set a relationship of
the City field to that table. When I add other cities they wont show up the
next time I click the drop down box.
