How do I set a triangle angle?

Is there a shape library I can download with a functional triangle shape?

In pre-MS Visio, the triangle shape allowed setting the 3 angles and/or the
length of the 3 sides. For building projects, this one shape was worth the
purchase price. eg: For a porch overhang, you know you want 3' of vertical
and 12' of horizontal. Plug these into a right triangle & learn the length of
roofing material needed. Add a few other simple shapes & you can see what the
finished project looks like, w/o needing a CAD program. In v2002 & v2003, the
shape has been over simplified... it no longer works.

Is there perhaps a shape in a downloadable library that will support this?
