How do I set alarm for reminder in One Note 2007

I have written certain items in OneNote, I want the OneNote to give me a
reminder through Alarm, flashing messages etc at the appropriate time

*OneNote* does have anything like that natively.
One can use Outlook for that.
ON offers some fine features for linking ON and Outlook.
For full support it would have to be Outlook 2007.
