How do I set appointments from one Exchange Desktop to another?

Alton Faircloth

I would like my secretary to set my appointments in her outlook calendar when
she has to schedule my time - particularly when my clients schedules meetings
while on the telephone with her. I would like those appointments to appear
on my desktop. We use MS Outlook 2002, Windows XP Desktop and Windows 2000
Server Software. Is it possible to do this in this environment?

You mention Exchange in your subject but not in the text.
if you are connected to an exchange server then tools, options, delegates can
be used to give her permissions and on her pc she can use File, open .. to
open your calendar.
If you don't use Exchange you can use 'GroupCalendar for Outlook' from
http://www.OutlookGroupCalendar.com
