How do i set an automatic replies (out of office assistance) of each mail
till i am out of office.

For example: A person mails me while i am out of office, then he receives an
automatic reply but after one email he will not receive anymore mail while i
am out. I want that that person also receive that automatic reply every time
he mailed to me during the duration of my absence in the office.

You'll have to emulate it via a rule then but also make sure you set some
exceptions to prevent endless mail loops.
For details see;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/oooa.htm

According to Microsoft, even rules will respond only once per session per
address under some conditions. From http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311107:

"The Rules Wizard rule to 'reply using a specific template' is designed to
send the reply only one time to each sender during a session. This prevents
Outlook from sending repetitive replies to a sender from whom you receive
multiple messages."

Correct, but they are talking about Outlook sessions and client side rules.
If you create a server-side reply-rule then it will reply every time since
it works completely independent from any Outlook sessions that you might
have.

Server-side rules require Exchange, though, and I don't see proof that
Exchange is involved, although I'll grant there's a hint in that direction.
