how do i set data access page as desktop wallpaper

how do i set data access page as desktop wallpaper and work with database
right on my dsktop without opening access.
i tried to make data access page as desktop wallpaper but it does not
display my data and error window pop up saying that enable offline viewing, i
tried that but was not able to set ,
all experts are kindly requested to help me out pls pls plss ........
