How do I set default company name and address?

I've had no luck finding where in Office 2007 I set my default user and
company information so that templates, headers and footers, etc., use the
same information without me typing it. Can someone help quickly - I've
wasted a lot of time already.

Hi Kate,

The user information is in Word Options (Alt, T, O, P)
The company name is, as in previous versions, a registry entry.
