How do i set default fill for" process box" in Visio,Every PC has.

On selection of format shape (from tool bar) the number of value under first
two drop down(flow normal ) is different in different machine though vision
2003 is installed. These drop down has different shade cards
why does it show different (in some 7) in some it shows more than 20 etc.
