How do I set events relative to business month-end in Outlook?

Our financial calendar is based on a 4-4-5 weeks per month sequence.
Financial month-end date is based on that, it is not the last day of the
month.

We often need to set recurrent events relative to the financial month-end
date (e.g. meeting first monday after financial month-end).

Can we do that automatically?
