How do I set font and shape display defaults Visio 2003?

I'd like to make "clear type" fonts and "higher quality shape display" as my
defaults for my Visio drawings. (under Tools, Options, View)

Anything in Tools > Options applies to all documents. They are application
settings, not document settings.
