How do I set Image Viewer as the default in Outlook?

Attached picture files will not open when I click on them. Each time I
receive the same message, "outlook cannot open this file...blah..blah" and I
have to choose the program to open the picture....EACH TIME!

How do I set the Image Viewer as the default? Thanks!

Save one of the pictures to your document folder. got to the document folder
and right click on the picture. Choose open with... then choose program and
check the box to always use this program.
