How do I set in an option group's tab order?

When I tab into an option group the first button is usually the one that's
highlighted, but with some option groups it's the second (or other if there's
more than 2). I thought the Option Value property might control this but it
doesn't seem to. Any suggestions?

Try the Default Value property of the option *group.*

Set it to match the Option Value of the one you want as default.

Look at the Top property for the buttons in the Option group. Upon entry into
the Option group, the button that is closest to the top of the form is the
first one selected. Next is the second highest, etc. The easy solution is to
align all the buttons in the group to the same Top value.
