How do I set keyboard shortcuts for a COM Add-in?

Is there a way to set keyboard shortcuts for COM Add-ins? I know you
can use OnKey to call macros and other keyboard shortcuts to navigate
menus, but I would like to be able to call COM Add-in functions
directly via the keyboard.

Is this possible?

Can someone post, letting me know whether this post is visible?

Google Groups is acting really buggy for me. When I login, this post
is visible. When I log out, it's no longer listed.
