How do I set mutiple rows of tabs in Excel

Right now, Excel set one row of tabs (worksheet). How
could I set set mutiple rows of tabs (worksheet) in Excel/

Not possible.

If it helps, you can get a list of sheets by right
clicking the tab control buttons (the ones that look like
this in bottom left corner:
|< < > >|
