i dont know mate doing some practice tests with gmetrix have a test today on
it and it asked me to set the presentation to banner. I went into slide
master and dont see it. Infact i cant find it anywhere.

It means setting the page size to a wide and very low format (like a banner
advertisement on a web page). Go to Design > Page size and select Banner.

If you just need to set the slide to the shape like a banner, follow
the step: design > page setup > adjust the width and height
It is also possible for you to make a banner with powerpoint. Here
